So my brother decided to install Assassin's Creed III on his PC and I checked the system requirements and it said that it should run the game perfectly on low-medium settings.
He installed the game, played it for a while and it was running at 45 FPS all the time until he reached Boston. He reached Boston and the FPS went down to 7 FPS. I tried changing the graphics options to low but it only got 2 FPS higher.
However, my friend has the same system as mine only he has a GT-230 and he doesn't get the problem. Maybe Assassin's Creed was actually meant to be played on an nVidia GPU?
Please react to my question quickly because the problem is very annoying.
P.S. Here are the PC's specs
CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 250
GPU: ATI Radeon 5570
RAM: 3GBs PQI DDR2 800MHz
MOBO: ASRock N68-S
PSU: 470W Gigabyte Superb Real Power with dual +12V rails
