Last night’s scrim proved again that there are some issues that will need to be solved before we officially enter the TWL ladder. Like any team there must be structure in order for things to work fluidly and disregard for this will result in disciplinary actions that are listed below.
Please read this post in its entirety and sign it afterwards to acknowledge your compliance in the matter.
First issue to be addressed is LISTENING to the leader(s) which means NOT SPEAKING OVER THEM and just to clarify what I mean by leaders I am referring to the admin or team captain. The usual suspects were to blame for last night’s disruptions in the scrim and post scrim. In this case I will assume you know who you are so instead of whining like normal, be a man and own the mistakes then work on curbing them.
Going forward the administrator or captain has the authority kick the disruptive player(s) from the scrim and they will be benched until further notice.
Commitment to the scrim is required and each player must understand that they need to take care of anything before the scrim starts. If the team is left a player down due to going AFK, that spot will be swapped out and your position on the starting line up will be given to the next player on the roster.
Mic spamming is a hindrance to fellow teammates and this includes volume or how long you are holding down your push to talk button. The louder player mixed with opinionated ramblings block out the crucial sounds which can alert players to an enemy nearby. If you cannot adhere to this simple request your position will be offered to the next player on the roster.
Participation in strategy sessions is required and missing multiple strategy sessions will deny a player from being a starter. Everyone will benefit from this because your team awareness will improve and give our team the upper hand.
It's a privilege to be apart of the team not a right. If you feel that you cannot abide by these simple rules then please remove your name from the TWL roster and stick to the pubs.
Thank you,
Banger
